Research Experience:
Before 1979, at the Laboratoire de Microscopie et Diffractions Electroniques University of Aix-Marseille III, in interfaces studies, 2D--3D phase transformation with UHV system and electron analysis.
From 1981, has developed the group Surface and Interface Science in the LASMEA laboratory of Clermont-Ferrand.
Since 1990, coordinator of five international cooperations programmes as part of the CNRS and the French Foreign Ministery conventions
From 1996 to 2001, coordinator of a COPERNICUS European Community Programme

Samples analysis and electron spectroscopies
Monte-Carlo simulations of electron trajectories in substrates
Quantitative interpretations of elastic peak electron spectroscopy (EPES)
Submicroscopic interfaces studies
Microelectronic and Optoelectronic structures on III-V samples
Passivation and nitridation of III-V semiconductors
Author of approximately 100 papers
